#8:  SPIRIT OF COMPLAINT MUST DIE! 

“And when the people complained, it displeased the Lord: and the Lord heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the Lord burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.”- Numbers 11:1

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for Your Word. Forgive me for the many times when I chose to grumble and complain about my problems, instead of taking it to You in prayer. I cancel the negative effects of my spoken words over the lives of others which were said in anger.

O Lord Your Word in Numbers 11:1 says,

“And when the people complained, it displeased the Lord: and the Lord heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the Lord burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.”

I pray for Your forgiveness, and ask that Your hot displeasure against me for complaining be extinguished. Thank You for Your goodness and mercy. 

I pray for a renewed level of faith in You, as I rely less on my own understanding. Help me to trust in You with all my heart, and to acknowledge Your Supreme nature in every situation that I face.

I declare that You are all-powerful, and with Your help, no problem or battle is impossible to overcome.

I thank You, O Lord, for answered prayer. In Jesus’ name I pray with thanksgiving. Amen.
