#5: I OVERCOME THE MANY FACES OF FEAR!
Heavenly Father,
In times of fear, I thank You for being at my side. Thank You for Your strength and help when fear sought to get the better of me. I remember Your promises in Isaiah 41:10 which says,
"Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."
I will not be dismayed, and I reaffirm:
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." - Psalm 23:4
I allow Your rod, as declared by Your Word, to guide me through these rough and uncertain times; and to keep me in right relationship with You.
Your staff enables me to stand on the power and authority of Your name which is my true source of comfort and victory over fear.
I declare the Word of 2 Timothy 1:7 over my life!
"For God hath not given (me) the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."
I rebuke the spirit of fear over my mind, and allow Your indwelling power, the spirit of love and that of a sound mind to freely operate within me. In Jesus' mane I pray with thanksgiving. Amen.
